Apex Legends Lagging but ping and fps are Ok

My game is lagging for like 2 months now and I am not able to play it at all. Game lags but ping and fps are ok. No loss and choke as well. Only this game is affected. Rest of the games are working fine. I tested CS Global Offensive and Dota 2. I re-installed windows, re-installed the game on both Steam and Origin. Nothing works. I tried every possible fix on the internet but nothing works. I really need help on this.

@Mooze5 Could you please verify what hardware you run (cpu, gpu, ram)?
Wifi or Cable and that your drivers and OS are all up-to-date.

Radeon RX 570 (4Gb)

16Gb Ram (3200 Mhz)

I use Lan and all the drivers including the OS are up to date.
