Apex Legends LATAM Random Crash without error & Connection Shutdown

Hi, im from Apex Legends LATAM. My game Crash Randomly without error just close like ALT+F4 and my Connection (ONLY WHEN I PLAY APEX LEGENDS) shutdown. Its disgusting have the win in front of you and give some of this 2 problems. OH and my game loss toooooo much FPS when im recording with AMD Relive and i minimize and maximize the game (Ive RX580)

AND I WANT MY BATTLE PASS! >:C
