Apex Legends Install Error [ Edited ]

Hello,

When I try to install Apex Legends, the install stops at 40% and gives me an error about VC+++.

I really want to play this game, so this is a problem.

So far I have tried to run the  VC++ files, delete .cab files in Direct X folder, (which briefly worked), and many more. Please help?
