@Falkentyne thanks for the update. So does the new firmware make it more stable?

I've also gathered a dxdiag (attached)

Did a BIOS reset, tried without XMP profile, only with 1 RAM slot (8GB), did a GPU driver reinstall (clean), checked all my drivers to be up to date... Any thoughts on this? It only started to happen since Season 2 Update. I've also reinstalled the game.

@YAMETE-NAKADASHI thanks for the crash report. I've reported a bug. It looks like it crashed during initialization. Does it always do that, or was it just this once?

@attr0, that's a crash in your nVidia driver. You should try updating those drivers, and/or contacting nVidia support.

@SplitterRO, your first crash is in invalid code, and we have no clues about what called it. I had hoped the module list would give a clue, but it didn't.

Your second crash is inside nVidia's driver, but the driver was called from Microsoft's Direct3D 11 DLL, which in turn was called by Microsoft's DXGI dll, which was in turn called by Origin's in-game overlay. So the crash could be either due to nVidia's driver or due to Origin's in-game overlay.

I've seen a lot of crashes in nVidia's driver lately, but never before when called from Origin's in-game overlay. I've seen a few crashes in Origin's in-game overlay, but never when calling the graphics driver. So in my mind, it's a toss-up whether the problem is with Origin or with nVidia's driver.

@SplitterRO this final crash is in nVidia's driver in a thread that they created. I recommend contacting nVidia's customer support.

Well... Since nvidia did not release any new drivers in the last days and this started to happen since Apex Season 2, it's more than common sense that this is an issue with the new release of Apex. I'm a sysadmin and could offer my help to further troubleshoot this if needed.
