Apex Legends Can't connect an account to Twitch
Hello, so I have this problem where my twitch doesn't show or give me any drops for apex, even though i claimed them i didn't get them, some of them I claimed about 3-4 month ago or even more(problem.png).
it says to me to manage my EA account, but when i go to official (myaccount.ea.com) i can't seem to find any way to connect it to twitch (I may have missed it because i really didn't look into it for a long period of time, but it starts to kind of annoy me to not be able to get a twitch prime skin even though it's claimed).
And on twitch when I go to all campaigns where usually it possible to connect an account I don't see the Apex Legends icon, so i can't connect it from twitch either.(problem 2.png)
Can you help me?
UPD: Also, i'm not sure if it's important but, i'm using a different amazon prime account, but it worked before (I have the twitch prime mirage skin from ages ago, got it from the same amazon acc.) so i have no clue if it has any impact.

Hey @Aenodarr for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
