Apex Legends Battle Pass Glitch

So i bought the battle pass in the middle of the season and have been able to get to tier 82. Yesterday (june 19) i logged on and checked the battle pass. Then it showed me a popup saying that I reached battle pass level 82. But the problem is that I can not exit that screen is says to either, O to close of X to continue but when i press those buttons all that happens is I hear the animation sound of a battle pass upgrade and the Medallion for tier 82 does a 360. This problem is very annoying as I can not exit the screen and must restart the game everytime i accidently click battle pass. Please help.

I am having the same problem, I hit level 100 and while i got the emblem I did not receive the skin for the havoc. If I am readied up I can enter a game in the background and when coming back to lobby after a battle I am not stuck, but if I return to that screen the problem continues.

Having same issue. I can still play game, but it freezes on battle pass screen and won’t let me exit

@Salty_Defaulty3 when I goto the battle pass tab it says battle pass level 18! Shows me a mirage season 1 wins tracker and a banner I unlocked. I'm stuck on this page and have to mash LB RB while pressing a or b to get back to the other tabs. Sucks because I can't see anything battle pass related

Same things happening to me, but I can log into my friends accounts on my PS4 and their battlepass tab is perfectly fine.

Me too. I’m going to review their terms regarding the purchase of the battle pass and how to get some sort of refund. The screen is frozen. You cannot back out. It’s annoying.

@logarithmmm Well if you bought it many days before June 18 that Season 1 ended i don't think you will get a refund. There was also a timer in Battle Pass tab screen indicating remaining days of Season 1.

I have a call in to support. We have confirmed that it’s on my account not just something on the Xbox. They had to escalate it up to a specialist team but have not found the issue yet. If/when we find it I’ll post here but I have a feeling you will all have to open a case to get it fixed.
