Apex Legends Banned For No Reason

Last week around Thursday I was randomly banned on Apex Legends, I have not ever cheated, hacked, or glitch on any EA accounts or games, I've spoken with multiple people over the phone and email and have any gotten told the ban will stay. I know a lot of other people have had this same issue in the past few days and the forum has multiple threads of other people having the same issue as me, being banned for no reason only to have EA decline the appeal. I'm tired of the automated messages, EA please realize you are banning average new players who are just good at Apex because we play a lot of other first-person shooters, we aren't cheaters, we just play better than children who just downloading their first pc game... My account was 3 or 4 days old and you can even check through my pc files if that's what it takes... I'm frustrated I can't play with my friends when I have done nothing wrong.

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
