Apex Legends - Account Progress Reset - April 5th 2021 [ Edited ]

Hello everyone,

We have seen the posts and various reports of progress being reset in Apex and have escalated the issue up to the game team to be looked into further. 

Just to make sure we have as much information as possible to get this issue resolved, please provide the following information if you haven't already done so.

Hey all, this appears to be fixed now, please log in and you should see your progress again. 

Marking as solved to increase visibility, as we're seeing some players still reporting this issue, but who have not logged in since before the fix was rolled out.

I was about level 320 had about 400 wins and 3K badges on three different characters and a 20 Keel badge with Pathfinder and I got online today and now I don’t have anything I’m back to level one. Plz help!!!

The same thing happened to me, I logged on and was reset from level 500 and 14 thousand lifetime kills 3k dmg on three different legends and level 107 on the season 8 battlepass. Any help would be appreciated

Logged into my apex account and all my stats were gone, I still have all my heirlooms and cosmetics but my battle pass got reset my stats got reset, my rank was reset, my level was reset. I'm hoping there's a quick fix to this, I've spent money on this game and I hope this can be fixed, it's one of the only games I play and I'm upset.

This is totally inconvenient and very frustrating!!!!

i hope that you guys give us some sort of compensation as this is ridiculous! All my stats and data are gone!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
