Apex FPS drops after start of season 4.High end PC. HELP PLS...

Hello! I have a big problem that I have been struggling with since the beginning of season 4. If no one will help me, I think I will stop playing apex or i crush my new CPU because I am already tired of fps drops.
I have a new ROG zephyrus S computer (rtx2080 i7-8750 24ram 1tb ssd and 144hz with gsync. In season 3 it was good, now in season 4 I have 144 fps and there are places on the map where my fps drops to 100. As we know with such fps at 144 hz you can't shoot well, especially the wingman.
I will write immediately that I did a lot without autoexe that could help me (disabling FSO including activating the real full screen, changing the pooling rate in the mouse, etc.). I have FPS set at 138 and GSYNC activated. Of course, because of the delays I don't want to use VSYNC.
As a curiosity as I set in the game settings higher graphics game is smoother!?
Every season I am a predator, but this season I have a problem and I stand in the master because of a sluggish game. I am begging someone to help me what I can do ...
