EA Support Community, I need your help with Apex crashing to desktop with no error message. After 2 conversations with Support, they asked me to post here for help.
They said "I would like to inform you that your PC is compatible for the game as per MSINFO32 report that you have shared however we have noticed some file crashing on your windows as per the same report, as you have tried all the troubleshooting steps it seems that your machine's internal software is creating some issue"
"I request you to post the issue on forums once, our game managers will look into the issue and shared the best resolution with you"
This has been prevalent for me since halfway through Season 3.
I had to stop playing the game because of the amount of crashing.
I have tried numerous fixes, including:
Reinstalling the game on different drives (including my boot drive),
Reinstalling Windows 10,
Reinstalling NVIDIA GeForce Experience,
Reinstalling Origin,
Repairing EasyAntiCheat,
Repairing Apex Legends,
Updating Apex Legends,
Updating my NVIDIA Drivers,
Updating my Antivirus,
Disabling my Antivirus,
Disabling Origin Overlay,
Disabling Discord Overlay,
Disabling G-Sync,
Disabling Full-Screen Optimizations,
Running r5apex as Administrator,
Running EasyAntiCheat as Administrator,
Running Origin as Administrator,
Reducing my graphics settings,
Reducing my max frame rate,
Reducing the number of programs running on my computer.
No, I'm not on WI-FI
No, I don't ALT-TAB
Yes, I have it installed on an SSD
No, I'm not in the Origin Beta Program
I performed a Network Trace as recommended.
I performed a DXDIAG as recommended
I performed an MSinfo as recommended.
This past week I have had my task manager open while playing to monitor usage.
When loading, my CPU ramps up, but I never crash while loading.
My game will randomly crash when playing the game, without 100% usage or even 90% usage on any metric.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried numerous fixes all to no avail.
EA Support Chat went like this: "I request you to post the issue on forums once, our game managers will look into the issue and shared the best resolution with you"
"I would like to inform you that your PC is compatible for the game as per MSINFO32 report that you have shared however we have noticed some file crashing on your windows as per the same report, as you have tried all the troubleshooting steps it seems that your machine's internal software is creating some issue":
Read Me attachment is everything I have tried so far.
Dxdiag attached
MSinfo attached
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Konform103 It happened as early as Season 3 last year. I reinstalled Apex recently to try again and it is still happening.

@Konform103 Changing to French did not help. Crashed to desktop within 1 minute of landing. Any other ideas?

This issue occurs at random points throughout matches. Sometimes doesn't happen for 2-3 matches, then randomly crashed to desktop. There isn't any rhyme or reason as to why the game would be crashing mid-match.
