Apex Crashes after starting game.

Hi, i got a problem. Apex just keep freezing after i start a game in the countdown or when in dropship and i have to ctrl-alt-delete to get out and close apex.  I have checked ALL the drivers, nvidia, windows, bios update, and reinstalled origin and apex, even tried to cap my fps on 100 just to see if that would help. I also see others that have the same issue. CAN U GUYS PLS FIX THIS ASAP

@Konform103 43 ping 0 packet loss, so that shouldn't be a problem....

@Scarrletsix Maybe use windows event viewer to see what happened..

Sometimes these crashes happen because of overclock , memory issue or a gpu that isnt seated properly or even a power supply problem

@Konform103 Never overclocked, and memory and gpu runs totally fine and all other games works....

The message i got from windows event is: Failed with 0x57 while retrieving AppModel Runtime status for the Windows package.

@Scarrletsix Ok try reinstall latest version of .net framework and reinstall visual c++ framework 2015-2019 both in 32 and 64 bit

it's a game issue not computers, Origin updated their client origin and after that, the game keep freezing when u drop off from ship, it's working well with fire range, but not in matches or ranked !
