Can you upload a new DxDiag and have you tried reinstalling the game yet?

Are you using any programs like MSI Afterburner?

The original error you brought up could be related to a corrupted GPU driver. Try CCleaner to see if we can avoid that crash.

For that Game Logic Error we have a post for that specific one here. Any specific info you can give as to what you were doing just prior to that error can help the team reproduce what's causing it.

Would you mind uninstalling that Logitech software from your PC so we can test to see if that is related?

Are you using a T.V. as one of your monitors, can you try unplugging the secondary monitor to see if the game plays without crashing?

Did you ever attempt a Clean Boot before launching Origin again? I mentioned it before but never received confirmation on whether it was attempted.
