Do you have latest version of windows ?

That did trick for me.  I was getting  this errors with random numbers in   apex.txt  crash almost every game.  I updated my w10 to latest version and all other upgrades for system that came with it.   After   that  didn't  have any  problems.    Hope it helps.

@IKKI1905 I am already on win10 latest vers and latest graphics cards driverts for 1060 gtx 6gb vram
