Apex Box Went Away

While I was in the middle of level up from level 17 to 18, it gave me an Apex pack. When I tried to open the apex pack the game went black and there was a loading bar at the bottom right hand corner of my screen. I logged in again and it showed me leveling up to level 18 and it didn't give me an apex box to unlock.. I think this is a bug.
