hi guys i'm having a problem that surely many of you have had.
unfortunately I just can't play apex legends after continuous crashes and the appearance of the error
0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG. I am attaching the screen
I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS
1) I reset the PC to factory data and reinstalled origin, apex;
2) I have updated windows 10 pro;
3) I have updated the video card drivers (mine is a Radeon RX 570 series) to the Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.2.1 Highlights, which should "support" apex legends;
4) I gave ad origin administrator privileges;
5) I manually entered the registry key as many suggested to solve, but it didn't work for me.
and I have tried other solutions but nothing. could you help me please
I have encountered these crashes since season 4 came out also because I had previously uninstalled it due to space problems and to try other titles, but since I reinstalled it (a few days) it is impossible to play it.
my pc has these features
<< AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor; 8.0 Gb of ram; Radeon RX 570 Series >>
I hope you can help me, I put the problem in Italian too.

Hey Barry,
Many people, like me, still have this recurrent error that pretty much ruins the game experience.
Do you have a 2021 solution for it?
I've done every single possible bug fix proposed solution on the internet and still keep getting it, more or less frenquently.
Can you help?
Thanks in advance.
