I have an i5 4660, a gtx 1080 and 16gb of ram. This is a fresh copy of win 10 and all drivers are updated.
I have a second monitor showing system temps. They top off at 65 C during play. Cpu is pegged the instant the game launches.
When the game crashes, I get a black screen on my TV (primary monitor) and the 15 inch dual monitor I have set for diagnosis
No BSOD, no errors, just a black screen display.
Computeer is active for the duration, but I can't get back to windows without a hard reset

10 minutes into freeplay and my PC crashes and boots back up.
R7 2700X @ 3.8
1080 Ti @ stock
16Gb 2666MHz RAM
X470 Pro Prime mobo
750W 80+ Gold PSU (Seasonic)
Windows 10 (1809)
Note that this does not happen with any other game.
Temps are: CPU 55C and GPU 65C.
Happened with previous demo too. Only difference with previous demo was I had to do a hard reset. Now my PC actually boots back up on its own...
No BSOD. I get "no signal" and after a moment my PC boots back up and starts loading Windows.
My PC also hard locks into a black screen and the monitors then switch to "no signal" and turn off. It won't recover without my turning the PSU off and then on again. It happens after anything from 10-25 minutes of play, be it missions or freeplay.
Temps are in the 60-67 C (GPU) and 50-54 C (CPU) range as far as I can tell from logging it with GPU-Z and there is nothing in the event viewer other than the start-up warning that Windows apparently didn't shut off normally last time.
I only noticed a few minutes ago that the system requirements demand Win 10 for some reason, even though it's not like it's using DX12, and I'm on Win 7 x64, so I figured that could be a contributing factor. Since others seem to have the same issue on Win 10, however, and someone else posted about similar issues on a PS4 Pro, I suspect it's not my OS.
I tried updating the Radeon drivers but it made no difference.
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
Radeon RX Vega 56
16 GB 3200 MHz RAM
My PSU is a 700W Coolermaster V700 which can do 58A on the 12V line, so it should not be a power issue, either.
Getting the same issue. The things I tried to fix it.
Disabled my Antivirus
Ran anthem as Admin
Running the game as admin did resolved the one error I was getting "anthem application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"
But it did not fix the game going black after 5mins of game play.
I'm running on a
Windows 10 Pro 64bit (10.0, Build 17134)
Core i7-3770K @3.5Ghz
Evga GTX 970
Total Available Graphics Memory 20463MB
Dedicated Video Memory 4096MB
I have been getting the same error but with windows 10 its either the black screen of death which could be anywhere from 30 minutes of play or up to 1 hour or the sound completely turning off when you transition from one area to another; but mainly the black screen is the one that has me worried since I don't see any EA replies even acknowledging the issue.
