Anthem crashs ps4

Anthem realy good game

But al these crashes,lost connection too main ps4 dashbord, hard crash ps4 completely crashed and swich off ps4 

Aso had anthem crashed and sent ps4 report.

@DRAGONCOG12  What kind of modem and/or router do you have?

It is not a connection issue if you are getting error code CE-474868-0. That is the console crash I was getting. I tried updating the game, updating the Playstation software and, hard booting the console. To hard boot simply shut down the maching and unplug it for 3 to five minutes. The only I could finally do to fix it was an initialization of the console to reset it to factory settings and re-install the game.

The issue is because of the demo. I look at my error logs and I did not have the error any time before Anthem demo. I had it twice during the demo and 6 times since the game launched on Friday. The console initialization appears to have fixed the issue for me.

Hello I have not had any error codes it just crashes one time it said a feral error has a crude but through me too ps4 dashboard.

I have a single router/modem around 50mbps down load 12 mbps upload.

So For so good deleted game and reinstalled  this worked for me

Had a error code CE-34878-0 was asked too contact ps suport they advise I wipe all the hard drive did that no crashes for a day then 3 crashed today.
