I was able to resolve on my own, for anyone else facing the same issues I followed the below steps after normal troubleshooting (Port Forward, Run as Admin, Uninstal/Reinstall, etc.):
My issues were Game Launching, Connection to Live Services and Error Loading Pilot Data; no longer receiving errors.
1. Open Game Directory
2. Navigate to the Anthem\Data Folder
3. Delete "chunkmanifest, initfs_Win32, layout.toc"
4. Logout / Exit Origin
5. Navigate to C:\Program Data\Origin
6. Delete everything except "LocalContent" Folder
7. Navigate to AppData\Roaming Folder
8. Delete the entire Origin Folder
9. Navigate to AppData\Local Folder
10. Delete the entire Origin Folder
11. Restart PC
12. Restart Origin
14. Repair Anthem
15. Disable in-game overlay
16. Launch Anthem

There has literally been 4 pages of us doing exactly that and posting it before someone came in here to give us this generic answer that we have repeatedly (if you can read) said does not work...
Not working. Tried all of this for the last 10 hours.

Yeah. And for some reasons, now I can't launch the game because I downgrade my GPU's driver and EA said "Nope, you try to launch the game too many times. Wait for 24 hours now." That's nuts !

I've done all the suggested fixes. Nothing worked. Finally ran another repair and it worked. I did notice that they are running v1.0.1.xxx now instead of 1.0.0.xxx. Looks like they patched something but it could be server side.
I had the origin not responding. All the issues in the thread. Repair finally fixed it.
