[Anthem] PC extreme stuttering and FPS drops [UNPLAYABLE]

As is evident, the only solution that seems to work is literally trying all methods to cap CPU utilization when the game runs. If left untouched, the game will take the CPU to 100% (all cores) and without even realizing, your cpu will be exposed to very high temperatures (apparently for no reason). Trying to play the game like this will mean permanent hardware damage. 

Please ensure you have task manager running and keep that CPU below 75% utilization. So far, lowering graphics, setting an FPS cap, disabling CPU intensive features, and/or setting program rules in nvidia control panel for the game, may work.

There is a new Driver available, which also lower the CPU Usage for a specific Nvidia Process....

Thanks mate. It's not going to help me thogh. I don't have a problem with any of the 4 drivers I've tested. I.e. they don't cause any visible problems, no error no high CPU usage from any of the NVIDIA processes. In fact, I think, there are no NVIDIA processes on my setup. I didn't install any extra, just bare minimum video driver.

im slightly confused. have they not addressed this officially? i cant find much about it. I have seen some tickets that basically say hold tight but give no actual info.
