having the same issues, this is completely unacceptable. i had a functioning game pre-patch, and now it is quite literally unplayable due to getting killed by enemies i can't see because my screen can't catch up to ingame actions.
i have a i5-6400, 8 gb ram, gtx 970, was playing on medium at 60 fps with dips, post patch it's worse than a slideshow. v-sync in game is off

You need to need to turn anti aliasing off.

We don't need to do anything.
The Devs should fix this Sh*t.
I have a RTX2080TI, I7 6700k, 32GB RAM and this game is running on 40-70fps on ULTRA.
Pre the last Patch it was running at 100-144 fps always.
This is crap. I don't want to play with the Settings. I will start the game, Game is by default on Ultra, Game should run smoothly. Done!

Try turning V-sync on

The game shows 60-70fps but is stuttering all the time making the game unplayable.
I tried every setting currently is on low and it keeps happening, anyone with the same problem?
Any solutions?

Hey @DanyTheGhost
There is a recent Driver Update for Nvidia Drivers specifically for Anthem:
https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/143233
Also, please try turning off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher.
Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks
