Hi guys,
I bought the game a year ago and played it in a short time then gave up since there were many bugs back then.
Yet, now, we want to play the game again, hoping it will get fixed and stable to enjoy with friends...
BUT, we cannot even access to the game!!
After the game launches, logos show, and message says "Press [Space] to Resume".
We then press [Space] and that is it, STUCK.
After minutes have passed, the game will restart showing "The connection problem"
...
We tried it many times, also tried port forwarding, run as admin, repair the game through Origin, etc.
There was some time that I can pass through the game but my friends cannot = we cannot play
-> So I tried exit to main menu and resumed the game...STUCK with the same issue.
Please Help or guide me how to GET IT REFUNDED

Sorry to hear about these connection issues you're experiencing.
However, have you tried these steps?

I'm afraid since you got the game so long ago, there would not be a way to get it refunded. But, if you'd like to try, you can contact Support here:

You're very welcome, sorry to hear they didn't work out for you.
However, the only other thing I can recommend is trying Google DNS: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
Have you also tried clearing Origin Cache as well?

I'm not sure why there's still connection issues with this game, unfortunately. I haven't experienced this much myself, and I play on PC as well. It could be something on their end with the Servers.

Thanks for the new methods and just did what's on both links on both PCs.
Still, and unfortunately, we still cannot access the game.
Our guess now is on the compatibility of our home wi-fi and the EA server.
Which still not understandable for not really tech savvy like us.
Things we found on the Internet and haven't tried are:
- Wired the connection, which we don't have any atm
- Move the game to Drive C (Window Drive), since there is not enough space
We kinda give up now and will definitely think twice, thrice and many many times, before buying online Co-op games from EA next time.
(Wait, for Anthem it may not about 'Co-op' thing, since I cannot even access the game!)
P.S. For those who may see this post after this, we can play other online / co-op games smoothly through Steam / Blizzard
--- e.g. Divinity2, Baldur's Gate3, Borderland (All), Torchlights (All), etc.
And many other games like Cyberpunk2077 (< If you are concerning about my PC Spec)

@Jhiinn08 it's a pity you guys can't access the game....you're right Wi-Fi and Anthem don't go well together... You have no possibility to use Ethernet ?
