Anakin Bundle Never Showed Up

I never received my Anakin Skywalker bundle rewards. I purchased it, and it had a purchase error, but the rewards showed up a few hours later. I was unable to unlock Anakin, so I restarted the game. When I restarted, all the rewards were gone. (I know this bundle is from earlier, but it is really frustrating me.) Please Help.

I'd recommend contacting our live support about it. You can create a new case on EA Help and request a call or start live chat. It's a good idea to prepare a proof of purchase beforehand.

Made several attempts to get the content to down load to the device. Was told that it was in my account, and there was nothing more that could be done so, I just requested a refund and to have it removed from my account. I am not expecting to get my money back, Dutch I thought it would be worth a try
