An old SWTOR player and need help about my old characters

Hey There,

İ was playing SWTOR like 2-3 years back and i wanted to come back when i heard that it's on Steam now. I thought i can play with my 4 darkside characters but can't find any of them when i logged in with my account. It's all clean and i had to create a new character to start it. Since i am not a subscriber i can't open a ticket and even can't ask it to support team. What can i do to get my old characters back please?

I emailed to "[edit: email address removed]" but didn't get an answer in 2 days. Do you know where i can mail the problem?
