i got this error when try to searching a player on my PC..

in the application Companion i got the option to searching .. and in the game i got the option to searching too..

only in the webapp there is a problem..

how can i fix it ?

That's an odd one @Smurfhayak. It sounds like you could be having a connection issue, as such I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

i dont understand how its gonna help with my transfer market?

in game its work..

in companion work.

in web doesnt work.

why is that?

i just try to search a player and got this error

and btw.. i talk with the support and they told me to keep playing in game than its gonna come back..

some of the supporter just get in to my account and he see the same problem in her pc..

so i dont know about it .. my pc is fine all the coneections are fine..

there is a phone call to talk with someone?
