Hello, mates!
I got some issue with payment. Every time then i trying to purchase subscribe, i get this message:
"An error has occurred while trying to redirect your request. Please, try again later".
I'm already tried:
1) Change my Country in Basic Account Information (doesn't help);
2) Only after the p.1, I finally was able to change the method of payment (doesn't help too);
3) Cleare cookies and change browser (same error);
4) Link my PayPal account;
I guess now i should waiting 24-48 hours for the next trying...
Please! Today is a first day after servers merge! I really want to buy subscribe to continue my saga!

Can you try and see if you can make the purchase on Origin's side? Try this: https://www.origin.com/store/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/deluxe-pack or the Standard Edition.

What kind of runaround is that? Origin purchase is one-time only, is it not?

Just ran into this issue. After 2 hours of googling and saying many interesting words about SWTOR suppord, found a solution myself.
The point is - I noticed that payment is going on EA website, not swtor. So I went to my EA account. There I found "payment methods"
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/paymentandshipping/index
After I've deleted every payment method from there (had 2 old debit cards there and 1 old credit card) - IT F****G WORKED!
So I've decided to make things easy for everyone still having this problem and white in this old topic, wich is first in google on the problem code request.

Hello!
I'm very old subscriber (from first year), but after long time gameout i want repeating subscribe.
Every time then i trying to purchase subscribe, i get this message:
