An error has occurred and you are no longer in sync with the game session [ Edited ]

Issue started in the past 2-3 days. 75% of the games we play, we receive the message '[Pro Clubs] You are no longer synchronised with the game session' and it disconnects us. It seems to disconnect two or us at the same time. We've forfeited multiple games because of this. 

Any suggestions or how to mitigate this, or is it just that the EA servers are trash as usual?

I got the same here, happens in FUT as well as Pro Clubs.
Clearing the cache sometimes helps. It's very random tho!

Are u using Input mapper? 
I have the same problem and yesterday i had a full night of no DC's. Didnt start Inputmapper yesterday. 
Might be worth a try.

This is still happening. We found out that it happens directly after we or someone in our team recieves a yellow card.
Can u look into this @EA_Cade ?
