An actualisation at the begging of the game.

I bought a new PC and wanted to install BF1, but after doing that you have to install an actualisation to play on-line. When I do it, every background pictures disappear, I can’t connect with any server and I can’t even play offline mode, because its loading and loading.

We're not 100% sure what you mean by "actualisation." You'll need the Origin client to install and launch BF1 to play it. Are you getting a specific error message when you're installing or does it not load up when you click the play button in Origin?
