All you need to do is to follow the error name and change the "dl_store_weapon_re45_freezingpoint_v.pak" ( or wtv dl is broken) for "dl_store_weapon_re45_freezingpoint_vold.rpak"

I have this same issue. It's been going on for four days, and EA Support ignored me up until this morning and then I was blown off and told they couldn't help me. EA's Support team is absolute *.
