Alliance notification

How do I get rid of this annoying alliance notification? I'm in a 1 man alliance. No matter what I do, the notification doesn't go away. I go into the requests section where the number 1 is and there is no way to remove it.

Hey @Marine_CorporaI the notification is there to prompt you to make a donation request when it is available. Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of it other than to make a request.
