All servers high ping and pl atm

Lowest I’m getting over the past few days is my closest (London ) which is currently at 76 ping and 8% PL . Was absolutely fine over the past few months with an average of about 20ms and 0%PL , no problems with lag to speak of at all really for the majority of this season , but these past few days have been unplayable. What’s happened?

please give me the following info:

• Internet speed, Wifi or Cable?
• What OS / Build do you run?
• All drivers updated?
• Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
• do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?

• Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?
