All purchase attempts stall out

On any purchase attempts the process “takes to long” and I am unable to purchase any crystals or bundles. How can I fix this? My account is up to date and not comprimised.

Hi @Jamesxz12,

 

It may help to switch over to wifi connection if you're using mobile data as it'd should be a stronger more stable connection. Aside from that, please run through the troubleshooting steps for your device here: "Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Basic Troubleshooting Guide".
