All progression not registering after launch bug fix

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? It displays my correct XP at the end of round but after exiting the game all my XP and TOW progression earned during the initial bug phase isn’t registering
What should be happening instead? Correct progression being shown

This is happening to me in Australia as well on PS4.

Have opened up 2 chats to solve it and the technicians keep telling me to watch this forum for answers since it is not a common bug they have seen before but the more I check the more I see people reporting different variants of the same issue.

Still have received no reply on my post or my reply or here.

Have stopped playing the game until this issue is fixed. 

Not earning chapter xp for completing challenges and then asking people to pay for chapter ranks of they can't make it through playing is a dodgy system. Players suffering this issue need to retroactively be rewarded their lost chapter xp at the very least.

First photo, it shows that you are almost rank 85, hence the almost completed progress "circle".
Second photo, shows the same, that you are rank 84, almost rank 85.

End of round screen can be confusing with the way the data is shown.
