All progress gone

I haven't played apex in years but on my psn I had tons of progress and skins and when I installed apex on my pc it prompted me to merge. At the prompt it showed both my accounts for pc and psn however my psn was wiped of progress and I've gone through all these prompts and they aren't giving me any solutions to my answer. I tried unlinking the psn account to what I belived might be the correct EA account but still nothing has changed and now I have no idea what to do and I just want all my progress back
