All options locked, including Light/Dark Battles, Squad, Fleet, TW, GAC

When logging in this morning, all of my options were locked and said I was below the level required. This caused my to miss store refreshes, and payouts. Closing and reopening did not resolve. My ally code is 798-265-579

is your account connected to Google Play or Game Center?

If yes, can you please delete and then reinstall SWGoH?
