All my decals are low res

The decals in garage and on my car are all low quality and pixelated. I’ve tried everything, I’ve uninstalled and redone loaded, out the game on highest settings, installed latest drivers. I don’t know what to do to fix it.

MY SPECS PC IS : i7 6700k , GTX 1070 G1 IN SLI , ASUS Z270H GAMING , CORSAIR cx650m.
