I have purchased and played bf3 and mohw and now nothing is available under my account. Could you please contact me to let me know what needs to be done to reload these games? Thanks

Same here, I am really discusted. Fary cry 3 vanished no order history my personal details and avatar removed from account, all i have when i login now is my user name and email address stored.
As childish as it may sound for a 27 year old to say, but i want to play the games i own when i want, and that being now.
I solution to this problem promplty would be appricated.

just head to the Contact Us page, select Origin as your Product, Account/Registration as your Category, your respective platform--if you don't know what to put here, PC is a good choice, as the Origin Client is accessible through your PC--and one of our advisors will be able to quickly help you with your enquiry.
