All Shared Paintjobs get lost when losing your Savedgame?

Hey there,

I reinstalled my PC a few weeks ago and I forgot to copy or actually cloudsafe my NFS Payback savedgame before hand.

In the last savedgame I made actually some very nice Paintjobs and shared them, but I kinda can't find them at all.

Do the Shared Paintjobs actually get lost when you lose your savedgame?

Off-Topic: Also I'm curious if I actually lost all the Items/Tokens/Moneys I got from some bought Premium Shipments?
