Aiming difficulties

I am not allowed to aim anywhere but up after i joined multiplayer. The game used to run just fine finished campaign and then I decided to go online and that's when it all began waited 5 mins ish for the first game only to load in and realise i can only aim right apparently loading into multiplayer somehow made me able to aim only 1 direction now i can only aim upwards and nowhere else i cannot look down or left or right. If anyone knows how to solve this please help.

Update : aim works after disabling origin-in game

Also i can see my cursor in game now not sure why but it would never go away and would be stuck to the center of the screen
