Aimbot Users in Apex

So the amount of aim assist programs used by Apex players is highly discouraging. Just a quick google search and you can find over a dozen working programs that do the same thing as a Aimbot. Is EA ever going to address this issue?  It's no fun to start a match and instantly die from a single headshot within 3 seconds.
