Again with the dxgi_error_device_hung  !!

Can someone please provide a reasonable answer to this issue?

My System:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700k

GPU: Palit RTX 2080 Jetstream

Memory: 2X Corsair 8GB

Storage: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB

I saw messages that says to reset your BIOS but it sounds unreasonable solution,

I tried to rollback to Nvidia driver to 441.87 but it didn't solve the issue. 

Please help me solve this bug.
