After the latest updates, the game crashes on HvV

After the latest updates, the game crashes. This happens very often at the beginning of a new match in HvV, in a second when a selection of heroes should appear.

 

Information for reference:
PC platform.
The latest NVIDIA drivers.
Origin cache cleared.
Checksum files of the game through Origin did.
The game is installed on the SSD.
The system was checked by antivirus (everything is clean).
In addition to the game, other applications are not running.
16 GB RAM

After that, the game crashes stopped (in the first second of the match and in the last second after the match). But now maps and menus take longer to load due to the endless "Shader Optimizations"
