After matching, the game stops just before entering the game

After matching, you pick a character and the screen goes dark just before entering the game, and the game completely freezes.
If you wait, the screen turns completely black and turns off

me too got this problem, before this happening packet loss high jump to 99 and ping jump to 500+ and after that black screen

or sometime stuck in infinite loading screen

10 match 3 match normal 7 match stuck after matching

This seems to happen because of some banner stuff, when already in game, when i go to look at my teammates banners, the game also freezes
