Advanced Launch Options and shortcut commands not working

Hi, I have done some research and compiled some commands for Apex for a couple of more fps, responsiveness and an ingame FPS counter.

However none of the commands work for me on Advanced Launch Options and adding them to the shortcut doesn't do anything for me.

Does anyone have a fix?
