I have Had all my sims complete all they’re traits and I am in lvl 41! All my sims traits are done And it has been 8 Days since I had aged them up! I had reinstalled the game and did a handful of events too see if it changed anything and nothing has happened yet! I do not know heya to do Please reply !

Ah, that's what you meant with ageing them up!
Do you play regularly or just ever so often?

If ever so often, I'd wait for a little, play a bit more. 

If you do play regularly or you waited a bit longer without success, it might just be a bug. Could you post a bug report for this issue?
