Ads not playing

The ads for extra rewards are not playing, both, after completing events and mailbox extra rewards. I tried powering off my android phone and restarting it and I also, uninstalled the app and downloaded again. Unfortunately, STILL no ads loading and NO extra rewards. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this issue would be appreciated.
