“ Activate un identified game “

So im attempting to play Apex legends with geforce now on PC and everytime i launch the game and sign in it gives me the prompt to “ activate unindentified game “ so i click cancel and it crashes me out of geforce now , so i re open it and log back in and see if i have a code in my email and i dont have ANYTHING related to any type of product code ready for activation , so if someone is reading this please help !
