I was playing Apex on my account and it suddenly told me I was banned after playing earlier that day. I went to the support team but never received a single email back that wasn't about taking a survey(which I don't think they want me to fill out) for almost two weeks now. Why won't the EA support team do anything, least of all send me an email back telling me why I got banned. Someone, please help me.
