Account was Hacked now im Banned

I havent played Apex or logged in to my EA account since October of 2023. I recently bought a pc and recovered my hacked account. Now when i try to play it says i have been banned. On the EA ban status page it says the ban was OVERTURNED but i still cant play. Keep in mind the offence was when my account was HACKED. Is there anything i can do as i did not commit this offence and it says the ban was overturned. Is my account banned or is it just a bug. Please any assistance is much appreciated.
