Attempted to try and transfer my accounts from iOS to android, and the support team has promptly told me they can not be of help, and to instead to post here.... How that makes any sense I am not entirely sure. I have gone through the process of adding all the required documentation as requested in the pinned thread at the top of the board, and still do not get any help. The last agent I tried to connect with told me to post here, then promptly ended the session...
I am not sure why this is so complicated, or why the team that should be supporting this function cannot do it, and instead asks me to post to a forum, to resolve my issue?? If this is the correct location, any help would be appreciated, especially since my old ios device is only able to play the game on wifi atm.

@jpsports87I had a look at your account and it would seem that your transfer should be no problem once you gather your proof of purchase emails for your in-game crystal purchases.
