Account recovery

I’ve recently had an issue with my account being deleted, EA Help response was that there was nothing they can do. My question is if my account still exists in game still within the guild can it be cloned and given to me that way? I can provide ally code and player ID.

You can try opening a case with an advisor here to go through account recovery. I don't know if they'll be able to move your account though. If there are any options, an advisor will let you know.

Unfortunately, no account changes can be made without being able to verify ownership of the account.
